Mr. Bunny

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I was recently published in the ATCQuarterly magazine. The challenge theme for their next issue is Rabbits and I could not help myself, I just had to make an ATC immediately and here it it. It's called Mr. Bunny needs no crown. The images I used come from Alphastamps sheet Children's Books 1, for the reading rabbit and the crown is from one of the Queen of Hearts sheets. Both are in fabric but I have left them attached to their paper backing so I could glue them to the background. I added some gold size 11 seed beads to the crown. I don't even have a story for it, so I leave you to make up your own. Maybe along the lines of: if you can read a book when you are a rabbit, what more can you possible want?

It looks like he is snug inside reading (a book about himself, maybe he authored it?) on a cold winter's day but dreaming of hopping around in the rose garden again before too long. : )) I love the illustration! I must go back & look at that Alpha Stamps sheet and find that image . . . wonderful!

  5. Thanks so much, Lenna. I won't do any tagging myself at the moment as I'm once again wrestling with my dial-up connection and anyway would want to tag the same people as you did. But it feels good to be tagged!

  6. ahh, that's Ok Frieda - not to worry, I was just thinking of you! I hope you are having a cozy time and perhaps getting ready for the holidays?? You have me planning inchies in my head! We do leave for a week's holiday on Sunday . . . but I will work them out in my head and tend to them in person when we return! Thanks for getting me interested in such things, lenna
