Hello Mr. Mole

I had a lovely encounter with a mole during the walk this morning. He was dicing with death, being out in full view on the path where any passing sparrow hawk or owl could have spotted him so after photographing him we found the hole he had come from and pushed him gently back down. It looked like a young one so hopefully he will have learned his lesson in survival now.
Those claws are so impressive!
