Another glorious summer day

The weather continues warm and sunny. I can't remember when we last had a spell like this. I'm stitching away on a small journal quilt but for the rest I'm simply soaking up those rays, as well as enjoying our garden. Above the basket planted with blue lobelias and orange marigolds. A great complimentary colour scheme.

The roses are all coming out now such as the above Rosa Glauca

The day went out on a blaze of glory as you can see above. It was photographed through our window as I can't face those midges at this time of day!
