It's wonderful that thus far we haven't had any night frost yet and that means that many flowers are still going strong. Among them these beautiful hollyhocks which are towering 3 feet tall in our courtyard. They proved too tempting and I simply had to take more pictures of them.
The above one became my blip for today mainly because the petals reminded me of delicious soft silk pleats.
What a gorgeous flower!
