ATCquarterly

My latest edition (no. 15) of this magazine arrived today. It's the only magazine as far as I know that's dedicated entirely to ATCs. I'm always jealous of reading about groups that meet face to face to exchange their ATCs as this is still a very rare thing here in Scotland. It seems to be a lot more common in Canada, where ATCquarterly is published. Still exchanging them online is also a lot of fun and I've "met" lots of lovely fellow artists that way, including Ronna, the editor of ATCquarterly.

She sets great themes for the ATC challenges which form the centre page of the magazine and the theme for this one was You are my Sunshine and I'm so happy to see my ATC (see above) is there on the page!

I'm already thinking of a card for the next theme which will be Homage to Andy Warhol!

Okay, I know that I normally gush over your work so I hope I'm not starting to sound like a broken record or insincere but I love this ATC so MUCH! lol I really really love how you mixed the Mona Lisa with the butterfly, it really does look "sunny"! You fit so much detail onto your ATCs it never ceases to amaze me! I saw this magazine in a store the other day and I'm going to have to go back to pick it up. A Homage to Andy Warhol?!?! I can't wait to see this one! Have a great day! :)

Hi Frieda this is lovely. OK you really have me hooked after your workshop. Have signed up for my first swap and set up my own gallery. So much inspiration from you has me spending every free moment stitching!
