Today is the start of the Artful Adventures Stroll through the Hood challenge. Organized by Nathalie Kalbach to celebrate the publication of her book Artful Adventures we are given a daily prompt for the next 30 days and can interpret it as we see fit.
For HOME I stayed close to home, so to speak, and it gives you an opportunity to admire our new roof and harling (that's on the walls) done last year. We are still working on the rooms inside but the outside looks good. Shame about the electricity cable coming in on the right but I'm glad it's there. We need that power.
Love how the shadows are falling on the house. Before we started all the renovations there was a huge cotoneaster against the wall and I still miss it. Fortunately we managed to save it (although we had to cut it down to the bone) and it's now elsewhere in the garden.
There are a series of completely free classes associated with the Stroll through the Hood adventure and you can find them here. I will try and post my pictures inspired by the prompt here too, but will sometimes combine a few days into one post.
