I'm going to teach on the Isle of Skye this Saturday which means I'm travelling up Friday and coming back on Sunday. If the weather stays the way it is at the moment it should be a splendid trip with wonderful views. Yes, I'm taking my camera so pictures will be coming in due course.
I've never been there before and can't wait to admire the beautiful scenery.
The dog walk today was punctuated by me taking pictures of a variety of Scottish thistles which grow wild along the old railway line path.
The pictures are for a project I have in mind which does not need to be finished till the winter time but the thistles will be gone by then so I'm collecting pictures whenever I see them. They are such an amazing purple!
I'll be back on the computer, checking my e-mails and this blog, on Monday, so hopefully see you then!
