Guess who I found snuggled up together in one of our armchairs. Troi, the greyhound had very carefully manoeuvred herself around Brush, the elderly cat. He has a furry rug, put into this, his special, chair carefully every morning so that he can lay there in comfort, close to the stove and able to survey everything that goes on in our living room.
Troi decided she needed a piece of this action, or rather non-action, and she managed to get in there without getting her nose scratched. Once there, Brush likes it as she has a very large and warm body to cozy up to!

that is SO adorable!
my dog would not do that for a second...in his mind, cats mean it's dinner time (not that he's ever eaten one LOL)
Awwww, too cute!
What a sweet shot.
I have parrots. One of my African Greys had a best buddy who was, if you can believe it, one of my old cats! The cat's been dead for almost 7 years, but Harley still asks about him and meeows like him, every day.
How amazing, FeatherDuster. It just goes to show that animals do definitely have a long memory.
And Tristan, I would not trust Troi with any other cat but she does love Brush!
What a sweet photo!
