Christmas Tree Ornaments

This year on our OhmyGothic Yahoo group where there are 10 of us, we did a Ten Days of Christmas Ornament swap. Each of us was allocated a day and we all made ornaments for the other 9. In fact I made 10 ornaments and also kept one for myself. I also added some gorgeous soft ornaments (handsewn!) which I discovered in our Post Office.

Specially for these ornaments I bought a very small real Christmas tree in a pot (so that we can plant it in the garden after Xmas) and here it is in all its glory. The ornaments are simply lovely and all so different. I also bought gorgeous lights for it with crystals attached, very sparkly!

Thanks to my mother, there are even some presents for under the tree, beautifully wrapped!

The ornaments were a lot of work and at first I was not too sure if I wanted to do it but unwrapping all these presents, one a day, from the 1st December was so much fun that I feel quite ready to do it all over again next year. Mind you, we will need a larger tree then as I want to keep all the beautiful ones from this year as well and add the new ones!
