It remains cold and white

Today for the first time since the snow started to fall a week ago, we did not have any more coming down. But instead the top layers have started to freeze which makes walking on the shovelled areas a bit of a challenge. The grips had to be put onto my boots! On a positive note, the sun was out and made the Pentland hills in the distance look beautiful.

Most of the day was dedicated to beading with the heater full on, but I did pop outside our gate and took the picture underneath (view from our gate) to add to my blip page.
